Place your stitched piece (along with any backing fabric or thread you've chosen to provide) in a waterproof bag, such as a Ziplock, to protect it during transit. Please label the bag with your full name, email address, and phone number so we can easily match it to your order. If you're sending multiple pieces please place each piece (and it's fabric and cording if you're sending) in their own separate bags so we know what goes where!

We recommend shipping with a reliable carrier such as UPS or FedEx and using a service that includes tracking. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for the value of your canvas and stitched piece, as Bird Dog Needlepoint cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
